Role Introduction

To execute the commercial strategies業我 for the port in order to surp也多ass revenue targets a做國nd commercial Key Performance Ind見快icators as well as to睡慢 deliver service excell自作ence, ensuring full comp子員liance with company and regulatory requ子美irements and safety and operation風房al standards.

Key Responsibilities

Revenue Generation

-Implement the Cargo Business Plan i什個n full alignment with lo好小cal cargo strategies and specified Key 身身Performance Indicators

-Conduct regular reviews of re購離venue performance to t妹不ake actions where revenue is behind 木長budget

-Generate revenue with pers會算pective of sales channels, product雜懂 sales and offline sal化分es development with huntin坐嗎g for new revenue streams, routes,

frequencies, ancillary charges費體

-Negotiate and execute sales contrac讀離ts to ensure active manage些就ment of capacity to maximise fli子呢ght revenue

-Regular updates internally大坐 on key local cargo market informa草說tion and changes in the compe山道titive landscape

Coordination with Ope照厭rations

-Ensure that accurate文理 booking lists for C現坐argo Terminal Operator are prepared in 章她in timely manner to exec業做ute flight planning and pallet build u黑空p plans

Customer Services

-Ensure that customers’ e我光nquiries and off-line booking線畫 and e-booking reques少機ts are responded to i人科n a timely and professional manne西國r

-Maintain day-to-day relationship文吃 with stakeholders fr樂分om all sales channels for rev視睡enue generation purposes

-Provide superb sales and customer 藍草services in all customer to喝個uch points so as to dri在公ve premium selling rates and regular商器 business

-Champion products and provide拿匠 excellent and consistent prod車輛uct solutions

Efficiency Improvement

-Support regional ca身算rgo team to implement pr內家ogrammes on e-initiatives to driv呢呢e penetration of e-functions as wel人一l as recommendations for improve城呢ments

Financial Risk Management司開

-Manage credit risks with re樂女ference to relevant internal guideline她我s/IATA local financial crit上亮eria where applicable

-Assist to establish / manage relations購現hips with shippers, key industry要外 and trade partners an木藍d associations to present志報 Company interests

-Ensure the recognition a空子nd loyalty earned from o物開ur highest value customers

Services Delivery an知路d Excellence

-Assist to develop a愛雜nd lead to implement and 又路monitor the Cargo Servi我可cing Plan, including supe舊學rvision of customer servi公要ce, the operation of秒唱 the handling agents, and report perfor煙大mance and status both qual場議itatively and quantitatively

-Drive operational excellence 會知with contracted vendors by managing KP店電I and service levels

-Ensure compliance and c個靜onformance to establis笑放hed regulatory policies and 紙又procedures and requirements

-Perform regular quality ch鐘開ecks, and completion of prop光農er paperwork, providi冷去ng feedback to respec這山tive stakeholders and work to 計紙resolve any problem areas identified

-Support the execution of carg輛懂o service delivery str術海ategy

-Liaise with all port, regional an唱內d corporate stakeholde愛懂rs, local various authorities, go路車vernment agencies to 用草ensure proper communication is maintai明樹ned and focus areas are aligned

-Ensure that new custome筆睡rs receive assistance and co費店ordination as required to safeguard 為草smooth cargo movements舞他

-Develop/Implement the operations pl笑場ans/training to optimise book可就ing for space and weight utilisation w拿鐵ith respective stakeholder雜很s

-Control and manage the Unit L用樹oad Device inventory level t紅音o meet the demand, perform r信工egular quality checks

Requirements

Academic qualifications

College degree or above

A qualification in Cargo or logisti話腦cs in an advantage

Knowledge, skills, training an上為d experience

A minimum of 4 years’ experience in c一場argo operations, cargo sales or car公弟go customer service

Supervisory/manageme花購nt experience of third party handlers

A proven success record in setting 會小and achieving personal an體章d team goals and target謝刀s

Knowledge of CHAMP CargoSp快她ot System

Demonstrably strong communication ski吃樂lls

Proven ability to work 購化independently

Demonstrable success in d員個ecision making

Superior administrative skill弟他s

Sound knowledge in air c睡你argo warehousing operations

Sound knowledge of TSA safety and 紅理security requirements

Knowledge of air cargo 水視computer/AIRIMP system a市路nd cargo build-up

Knowledge of air cargo tariff 金從and Air Cargo and Tariff Rules

Knowledge of air cargo Dangerous Goods到站 acceptance is an advantage

Familiarity with air我上craft weight and balance pro友腦cedures

Adapts to change easily

A valid Driver’s License 低知and clearance to operate a子業 company vehicle
